Happy Almost-End-of-Season, SLOWS!
As some of you may know, SLOWS always keeps a weekend open at the end of the year, in case of a rain-out. But this year we got to play IN the rain – thank you turf fields! (that was a blast). Aaaaand… there was a scheduling mis-hap earlier this year, and a couple teams missed their first game.
This weekend Real Madrid and the Vultures will be playing their make-up game.
However, since SLOWS has already paid for the fields, we decided that a pick-up game is in order!
So, this Sunday, May 3rd, there will be a SLOWS pick-up game at 9:30 am.
Bring a light shirt (white if possible) and a dark one.
If you’ve got your CCSoccer jerseys, bring those.
Play-off games will be the following Sunday, May 10th. Those games will be announced soon.
